The files were retrieved from SARASERV%HASARA11.BITNET@CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU on [26-Jul-1990] by a message of the form get READ ME get ASTRON BST get ASTRON STY get ASTDOC TEX get ASTDOC AUX get ASTDOC TOC get ASTDOC BBL get ASTDOC BIB get EXAMPLE TEX get EXAMPLE BIB get MNEMONIC BIB get TEMPLATE BIB and then unpacked; those that arrived in LISTSERV punch format where converted to text files by the puntxt.c program written for the occasion. The .aux, .bbl, and .toc files have been regenerated by rerunning LaTeX and BibTeX.
