Changes to the AGU style files art-jgr.sty and art-grl.sty

Version 4.1, 1993 April 21

A bug was found in the handling of the abstracts such that the font size
was not properly reduced. For JGR, the abstract is to be in a smaller 
size than the main text. In fact, the line spacing was reduced but the
type size was the same. This has now been corrected in ART-AGU.DOC and
ART-JGR.STY.  No changes are needed in ART-GRL.STY, but since it is
generated from the same source file (ART-AGU.DOC) it automatically
receives a new version number too.
